This page is maintained by The Wonder to answer common questions about how we handle your data. It is editable app content, not an independent certification.
We do not ask for full names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.
Submissions are stored in our managed backend. Uploaded files live in private storage with restricted access. The database uses row-level security so records are not publicly readable by default.
Only a first name and age are ever shown publicly alongside a child's artwork. Full names, parent emails, and any other contact information are never displayed.
To remove an artwork, delete your submission, or ask what we hold about you, email team@sambarnett.art. We aim to respond within a few working days.
With your permission, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity show us the public page as you see it, including approved names, artwork, images, quotes, clicks, taps, scrolling and navigation. Form entries, private invitations, uploads and payment pages stay blocked. We do not identify you.
Current choice: not chosen yet.
We count banner displays and Yes/No choices separately from recordings. A random consent-only receipt lasts up to 24 hours in this tab to prevent duplicate counts. The server removes it within 25 hours, keeping daily totals only. We do not include your name, IP address, artwork or browsing journey in these counts.
Object to this counting below. This does not change your recording choice. Previously combined totals cannot identify or remove your contribution.
Consent counting: on.
Team members: exclude each browser you use, including your phone. This stops consent counts and both recording services on this browser. Clearing cookies removes this setting.
Team exclusion: off.
